Política de envío

We advise that you double check that your address is fully entered and correct while placing your order. We want to ensure that your package is properly delivered, and that you receive your shipment within the proper time frame. Please make sure abbreviations and spaces are entered properly. If we have any issues with verifying your address, our customer service will contact you to try to resolve the issue.  After we attempt to contact you more than twice and you do not respond, your order will unfortunately have to be canceled and your money refunded to you.

In the case that you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us via email as soon as possible (Luxetrouve@gmail.com). If your order was placed on the weekend, please contact us first thing Monday morning. We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.

Shipping fees are non-refundable

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Office, FedEx and/or the shipping carrier. LUXE TROUVE does not hold responsibility for packages that state delivered.
